Come join aerial contortionist Grace Ramsey in this weekly 90-minute flexibility class! In class, we will focus on building a regiment of safe flexibility building exercises from Grace’s background in Mongolian Technique. We will work on splits, straddles, and backbend skills to help all of your circus endeavors from aerial to acro to yoga to party tricks! Wear layered, tight-fitting clothing and keep hair up and out of your face and away from your neck.​
