This is the monthly meeting for the Seminole Soil & Water Conservation District (SSWCD). The general public is, as always, warmly invited to attend and participate during our public input segment.
The SSWCD serves all of Seminole County in the area of the conservation and stewardship of our natural resources. We are an independent state agency which is responsible for carrying out a variety of natural resource stewardship programs here in Seminole County. We use our resources to help both the residents and the community leaders in the county and in each city to use our natural resources wisely.
Meetings are held at the City of Longwood Commission Chambers (located at 175 West Warren Avenue, Longwood, FL 32750) and begin at 6 PM until conclusion.
At this month's meeting will include discussion of SSWCD's participation in the 2018 Casselberry Earth Fest.
