Dalrymple Cave Block Chardonnay
Delicate white floral notes initially lift out of the glass before the more noticeable aromas of ripe fresh cut nectarine combines with nougat, hazelnuts and mixed dried spices. These fruit characters build the wine in the mid palate where they are met with a complex hint of ironstone.
Ringbolt Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon
The wine opens with a lively and intense blackberry compote, progressing to rich dark chocolate characters and finishing with succulent tannins that continue the experience long after the wine has left your mouth.

Honeysuckle and citrus scents are immediately apparent with slight aromas of nougat, roasted nuts and a sniff of strawberry from the Pinot Noir. Delicate fruits and creaminess wash through the mouth leaving a lingering finish of citrus and nougat.
