Introducing a fantastic afternoon of Polish writing by women past and present, exploring their interaction with events and themes in Polish history, their personal experience, as well as the functions of memory. Chaired by Ursula Phillips, writer on Polish literary history and translator.
The panel will include researcher Kasia Brzezińska, literary translators Basia Howard, Alissa Valles and Anna Zaranko and novelist Aleksandra Rychlicka .
