Gear up for our second ever lifting party! The first was such a success that we decided to make it a tradition and keep it going.
We want to have some fun and to thank all of our hard working clients.
Plus let's be honest, who doesn't like to lift some heavy weights and have a couple beveys on a spring day. 😎
HOW IT WORKS:
Everyone attending the party will get a chance to work up to a 1RM (rep max) at any of the main lifts.
Squat, bench, deadlift or whatever variation you please. You wanna max out on box squats or trap bar deadlifts? Go ahead.
Everyone will have time to warm up and then start working up to your max.
We will be starting the first people off at noon. You can show up at any time, you'll need about 30mins to complete your warm up and work your way up to a new max!
We'll be providing the beer and some protein filled snacks thanks to Stock in Trade and Budweiser.
Last year this event was exclusively for our current client roster as a thank you to them. This year, we're allowing any client to bring a friend who's interested in lifting with us!
