Perfect for those new to yoga or those wanting to focus on the basics of a hatha practice. These classes are specifically designed to take you through the fundamentals of principles, terminology, physical alignment, and breathwork) to provide you a firm foundation from which to build your yoga practice. You can try out our class offerings with 3 additional passes to any of our weekly yoga or meditation classes.
