FREE Dodgeball + boot camp workout at the park!! You will sweat, so bring a water bottle!!! We always have a blast and always have an awesome group of people! This is for all fitness skill levels!
We start with dodgeball to warm up and have some fun, then move into our workout! We do a workout similar to a HIIT (high intensity interval training) style, some partner exercises, light running, circuits, squats, push-ups, sit-ups... and work all parts of the body!
Shake bar @ Summit open afterwards of course!
