Gran Canaria is a place close to Head Chef Sean Smith whose wife is from the region. The talented chef will pair Spanish dishes including grilled chorizo, quail egg with sourdough, octopus, paprika, olive oil and grilled white asparagus and tomato tartare clams with wines from the region. Each course and wine will be introduced by Sunday Business Post wine writer Tomas Clancy.
