P.A.N.D.A.S. and P.A.N.S. stand for Paediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Disorders and Paediatric Acute-Onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome. These conditions explain a misdirected immune response with the sudden onset or worsening of symptoms such as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety, Tics, Restrictive Eating, Emotional Lability, Fine Motor Decline, Sleep and Urinary Issues and more.
