MEDITATION FOR SELF-CARE 6-WEEK CLASS

Join Mindset & Meditation Lifestyle Coach, and Owner of ClubMynx Movement & Wellness Studio Dawn Wotherspoon as she guides you through a series of six meditation classes focused on self-care, connecting to your inner guide, and nurturing and loving yourself by focusing inward.
Throughout the 6-weeks participants will be introduced to a variety of meditation focusing tools including mantras, breathing techniques and guided journey meditations. The program content will be offered in a progressive format, building upon topics discussed each week. Participants are encouraged to try to attend all 6 classes if possible (although drop-in participants are still welcome).
No experience is necessary. This class is the perfect setting for anyone who is absolutely new to the practice of meditation. Information will be shared in a relaxed and interactive format, and participants are encouraged to share about their meditation experiences, successes and challenges with the group if they are comfortable doing so.
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable layered clothing, and to bring a small blanket and/or tea or coffee (if they desire).
