No experience necessary. Various drums available.
Yessica Rivera Belsham and the Kingston Drum Cirlce welcomes the community to gather in circle with hand drums from around the world withthis intergenerational global community drum circle!
Come drum, sing, dance or make art!
Community art project will be set up for anyone wanting to make art while inspired by the rhythms. This art work will be displayed at the 2018 Earth Day Kingston Celebration!

Since 2014, participants of Kingston Drum Circle have experienced
-Reduced tension, anxiety and stress
-Engagement of creativity and cathartic play
-Boosted immune system
-Release negative feelings, and blockages
-A sense of connectedness with self and others
-Being in resonance with the natural rhythms of life
-Provided a medium for individual self-realization
-A sence of community and intrapersonal empowerment
