The Kettlebell Conditioning Workout is a high-intensity endurance workout using circuit training followed by short periods of rest. This Kettlebell workout will increase work capacity as well as conditioning.

Coach Laura Brown will build all workouts off the clean and jerk and snatch and supporting movements.

This is a great class for novice kettlebellers to experienced competitors.
