In this presentation, Dr. Barbara Fredrickson describes her latest theory and evidence on how we might deploy the science of positive emotions in the service of long-term behavioral maintenance. Specifically, she will outline her Upward Spiral Theory of Lifestyle Change and present evidence, from laboratory and field studies, that test it.
