Brothers Matthew and Jack Meriwether present “SEXUAL HEALING,” a night of original queer poetry, music and performance art. Come ring in the spring season with an exciting and intimate evening of poetry, a music set by Matthew and an original performance by Jack. The event also celebrates the release of Jack and Matthew’s collaborative zine “HOMOSEXUALITY” featuring original poems on sexuality and identity. Craft cocktails by our dear friends at HT2. MATTHEW MERIWETHER (he/him) is a poet and performer currently living in Fort Wayne and is the creative force behind local music project Fresh Tar. In addition to playing locally and touring with his band, Matthew recently published a book of essays “Knock Knock,” available through Fort Wayne’s The Dandelion Review. JACK MERIWETHER (they/them) is a poet and performance artist currently living in New York City. Their writing has recently been featured in Deluge, Bad Pony, and The Dandelion Review.
