Sociocracy is a way to organize collaboration and to share power in decision-making that is highly inclusive and highly effective and efficient at the same time. Many communities, cooperatives, schools and other types of organizations use sociocracy to improve their meetings, their workflow, and their interpersonal connection. Everyone's voice matters!
This one-day workshop gives an overview of the basic tools, values, and techniques in sociocracy: consent decision-making, small group mandate and improved flow of information between groups.
