Thursday Yoga and Meditation classes will aim to help you overcome obstacles on the way to New You. Shape not only your body by bringing strength, flexibility and power to your muscles, ligaments and spine, but also train your mind.

Each month starting from February we will focus on different theme. Each subject will bring new challenges to your yoga practice through various yoga poses and meditation practice.
