We are thrilled to announce our guest presenter, JESSALYN ODONNELL, Dietitian
Jessalyn O’Donnell is a Registered Sports Dietitian/Nutritionist with minor in Kinesiology and post degree education in sports nutrition through the International Olympic Committee (IOC) medical commission. She is currently the Sports Dietitian for Western Athletics Canada and has experience working with groups of athletes in a variety of sports such as (ultra) running, Iron-man, cycling, swimming and rowing. Active in sports all her life, Jessalyn has competed in varsity Track and Field and Cross Country for McGill University and has run for Canada at the world championships for mountain running.
Jessalyn relates well with athletes, offering practical, engaging, evidence-based information to individual and groups of athletes.
