Restorative yoga is a way of supporting the physical body in ease so the mind can relax into meditation or a deep connection within the present moment. This class is suitable for all. We will go through a series of 4-6 poses with prop support. The class will include breath, body and mind meditation. Each pose can be customized to your specific body needs or completely changed to what feels good in your body. The benefits of restorative yoga include and not limited to improved sleep and reduced anxiety. The class will be limited to 8 people. Each class is $15 dollars each or $25 for both classes. Pre-registration is required. Space is limited.
