Discover practices that lead to everyday resilience (and even bliss!). Through guided meditation and mindfulness practices, sharing stories, the latest research, and discovering new techniques, you will build your resilience and increase your state of peace within.
Through experiential exercises you will discover some of your unconscious beliefs, habits and behaviours that could be blocking you from a fulfilling connection to your potential. This can help you to understand and transform stress into everyday happiness.
This four week series will be held in a supportive, structured group setting, that not only increases our practice of mindfulness and meditation, it also helps us to grow a mindful community.
