Diane will talk dessert, do a little demo and share her culinary experience. Jean-Baptiste will discuss Emile Henry and their enduring connection to the terroir and the culinary mastery of the Burgundy region of France. If this were not enough, Cooks will prepare a glorious French menu and serve it up with a glass of wine.
