The Five Ways to Wellbeing are a nationally-recognised set of guidelines for anyone looking to improve their wellbeing. This Festival is an opportunity to find out more about them, and how you can pursue them in your everyday life and local community.

The day will include activities, stalls from local wellbeing charities and organisations, poetry performances, discussions, photography and history walks and creative arts workshops.

11.30am – 12.15pm Soundscape Exploration with Isa Suarez

12.30 – 1.15pm Re-Use Arts and Crafts with Work and Play Scrapstore - South London- make a Keepsake Box for your memories

1.30 – 2.15pm Connect with Card-Making by Cumiskeys Creatives - make a card for a loved one to reconnect with them and offer them a cup of tea from Hackney Herbal

2.30 – 3.15pm Mindful Stitches with textiles artist and illustrator Veronica Rowlands

3.30 – 4.15pm Junk Rhythm and Drum with Steve Barbe, for all levels
