We're celebrating the arrival of Spring with a delicious menu created by the talented Chef Thomas Carney (Chef and Founder of Copper City Bar & Grill) showcasing the wonderful flavor of Ramps! Ramps are only harvested during a short window in the Springtime and have a unique flavor profile like the combination of leeks, onions and garlic. They lend well to many dishes and we can't think of a better way to proclaim Springtime than with these delectable treasures.
