Join us for our FREE Wednesday Workshop Series:
"HIIT - Is it for me?"
We will explore what High Intensity Interval Training is and if it's right for you. Each week we will focus on one of the FOUR HIIT programs offered at Core providing the necessary information about each program and answer any questions you may have.
This is an interactive workshop, so we recommend arriving to the workshop ready to move: wear comfortable workout clothing, bring a water bottle, a sweat towel, and clean sneakers. SPD cycling shoes may be worn for the SPRINT Session.
You can choose to attend ANY or ALL 4 Wednesdays! Please be sure to register for each Wednesday you wish to attend.
Each workshop includes:
> An introduction to each of our Certified Coaches
> General education about High-Intensity Interval Training
> Education about each of our HIIT formats: CARDIO, PLYO, & STRENGTH
> A Technique session for each format
> Then you'll get to participate in a FREE HIIT class! We will be providing several options to accommodate multiple fitness levels.
*** Registration information will be available during the workshops for our 4 -Week HIIT Spring Program from 4/9 - 5/5 . Workshop attendees will have early access to registration, space will be limited for the Spring Program.
Wednesday Workshop Series Schedule:
3/7 CANCELLED Due to Weather
3/14 PLYO: Plyo is a plyometric-based workout, with options available for various fitness levels. This workout uses a bench and combines jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body.
3/21 CARDIO: Cardio uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. Cardio improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed, and maximizes calorie burn.
**FRIDAY 3/23 6PM MAKEUP WORKSHOP!!!
SPRINT: Sprint uses an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. As a high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results.
3/28 STRENGTH: Strength uses barbell, weight plate, and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. Strength is designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. We will take you through the moves to ensure you can perform the exercises safely and effectively giving you the best results possible.
