Meg began her yoga practice in San Francisco while in college at the University of California, Berkeley. She moved to Denver, CO in 2004 and began teaching Hot Yoga in May 2005. Meg has been involved in creating, leading, and lecturing on teacher trainings since 2006. In 2012, she completed a 500-hour Viniyoga teacher training in San Francisco, followed by a three-year Yoga Therapy training completed in 2017. She teaches various styles of group yoga classes including meditation. Her primary focus in working one-on-one with individual clients.
