Come learn how to grow your own edible mushrooms at home, on logs.

Following a presentation on home-grown mushroom cultivation techniques and log maintenance, we will inoculate logs with mycelium that will produce edible gourmet Shiitake mushrooms for years. You will be able to take your own Shiitake log home. This project will get messy so dress accordingly. We will be outdoors. All materials provided.
