Get your friends together to spend a Saturday morning painting and eating brunch! This is an open paint event. There will be *no* formal instruction, but Elizabethtown artist Vania Hardy will be around to offer prompts, tips and suggestions for inspiration.
This event is primarily about enjoying the flow of being creative while in a positive, community atmosphere. Even if you're not artistic, you might be pleasantly surprised at what you end up creating. The process itself can be relaxing!
Tickets are $25 online and $30 at the door. (We have 50 spots available!)
Your ticket includes:
- A light brunch buffet (scones, parfait bar, fruit, etc.)
- 1 coffee or tea drink from LIFE Cafe
- 1 11x14" flat canvas panel
- Access to supplies--acrylic paint, brushes, palettes
Additional coffee/tea drinks are $3. Drinks will be provided by LIFE Cafe, a "traveling" espresso bar. Their coffee is supplied to them by Kitty Town Coffee.
Our one rule is that you don't drink the paint water. ;)

Will there be formal instruction?
No. This is not like a "paint night" event where there's an instructor. You simply show up and paint what you want using the supplies provided.
Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This is primarily geared for adults, but children are welcome! We ask that they be at least 12 years old.
What is the parking situation?
There is a free parking lot right across from Cornerstone, at the very end of S. Wilson Ave, as well as street parking.
What can I bring into the event?
Feel free to bring an apron or clothes you wouldn't mind spilling paint on if that happens. If you want another coffee drink after your first free one, you'll want to bring money for that.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Contact either Vania Hardy at firstname.lastname@example.org or Zanetta Kok at email@example.com.
What's the refund policy?
You can receive a refund up to 7 days before the event.
