What’s an open loop? A project or part of a project that needs an action taken on it to bring closure. Open loops exist in all areas of our lives: family, home, health, work, play, future planning, maintenance, taxes…..Ahhhhh!!
What happens when our mind is full of open loops of unmanaged actions? We eventually clean up in there or we hit overwhelm and burn out.
In this hour Susie Anne is going to clarify the problem of using our heads as a storage unit for unfinished tasks, to see what might be causing stress or overwhelm in our workdays and share simple, effective tools to re-mind us how are minds are most effectively used. There will be hands-on exercises to put these tools to work right away in our work and home lives.

Susie Anne has had a 35-year career in theatre and events production, design and management and extensive and varied training and experience in coaching and councelling. She has teased out the understanding for herself that health, balance and well-being in life and work are the key components to authentic success and how multi-tasking can be part of the problem in creating overwhelm.
