Join us for a nourishing gentle yoga class and take time for yourself to unwind, breathe deep and relax in candle light. Gently twist and stretch any tensions away and feel uplifted and relaxed by the use of essential oils; warm and invigorating Orange and soothing Jasmine. Find stillness and clarity through the guided meditation and then enjoy the warmth and nourishment of a cup of chai tea.

Open to Beginners. Mats are provided but please bring your own if you have one. The centre has a large car park and the event is upstairs. I recommend wearing comfortable clothing with a layer for the guided relaxation.
