This restorative workshop is a sensory experience for the whole body. Gentle, slow movement, soothing music and aromatherapy.
The first half of class will consist of a slow paced flow to gently open up the body and prepare it for optimal relaxation. The second half of class will consist of restorative postures using props and accompanied with gentle assists and massage. This class is designed to fully relax the body and allow the mind to fall into a meditative state.
You’ll leave feeling relaxed, recharged, and completely revitalized.
