A fun and interactive event for Youths 11-14 designed to support & empower using scientifically validated techniques to:

Manage stress

Promote mindfulness

Increase focus & positivity

Foster community and belongingness

We'll practice yoga, breathing and meditation, play some games, and do a couple experiential processes designed to reduce stress and enourge well-being.
