NO woman should have to accept that they have reached that time of their lives! Learn how to recruit your pelvic floor muscles like never before! A 3.5 hour, interactive workshop, (much more effective than kegels), where we will focus on the pelvic floor, its size, what it looks like, what it does, how it works in relation to the rest of the body and how to release it through breath prior to exercise. We will learn to recruit the muscles of the Pelvic Floor like never before! You will then learn and practise exercises specifically designed for optimum effect for 3 weeks. Learn how posture plays a major role. The importance of breath. Why we need a strong, but not too strong pelvic floor. It's a lot in a couple of hours but you will go away with so a booklet with the exercises and pictures explaining how and when to work through them. For how long and for how often.
Nearly all of this workshop will involve recruitment of the pelvic floor and surrounding muscles, along with exercises to try out there and then. There is nothing that would cause you any embarrassment whatsoever, so come prepared to take part, wear suitable clothing that you can move in. We will be using different breathing techniques along with Pilates breathing as part of the initial practical. Using a highly effective breathing technique to release the tight and weak pelvic floor before exercise and then learning or using the Pilates lateral thoracic breathing for the exercises. Everything will be taught in details so that when you leave you will know exactly what to do at home.

FOLLOW UP WORKSHOP (3 wks later)
There is a second workshop 3 weeks later for 2 hours. During this time we will progress the exercises on top of what have already been given. We can then discuss or go over any points to help you if you would like to re-visit any of the previous workshop for clarity and help with any other issues. Email support is ongoing.
After the workshop you will get a takehome pack of exercises to do at home along with a flexi band and pole for you to do some of the progressive exercises. You will go away ready and equipped to quickly remove those leaks from your life in a very short period of time.
I have had specialist training in this area of expertise and then used the technique and exercises on myself. I was totally shocked at the dramatic difference in my pelvic floor in just three weeks which is why i am then offering the second workshop to progress the exercises where more dynamic movements will be given.
