Be a part of a fun and rewarding Center for Spiritual Living Greater Dayton community service project to honor our region’s natural spaces.

This annual community event honors the 48th anniversary of Earth Day (April 22).

****** Deadline to register is Monday, April 16th.****

Register by signing up on the sign up sheet on the bulletin board by the Welcome Center.

If you forgot to register while you were at the Center, call us during office hours Mon - Thurs 10 am to 6 pm and we will get you signed up.

We need name, phone and if you want a t-shirt (unisex) what size you want.

We also need to know if you plan to carpool from the Center to Cox Arboretum. Carpool meets in the Center parking lot at 8 am.

We will be volunteering at:
Cox Arboretum MetroPark, S.R. 741
6733 N. Springboro Pike, Dayton, OH 45449.

We will do any of the following:
Tree plantings,
trail maintenance including application of mulch,
removal of invasive honeysuckle,
and/or litter pickup.
We will be given directions on tasks when we arrive.

Gloves and supplies furnished by MetroParks.

Please meet in the parking lot adjacent to the Visitor’s Center by 8:45 am. Cleanup begins promptly at 9:00 am & ends at 11:30 am. To carpool, meet in our parking lot @ 8:00 am.

Volunteers will given a free t-shirt and a free lunch downtown at RiverScape.

Please note the lunch is optional. Lunch is held at the big white Pavilion downtown.
