Dynamic Stretching with Marques will introduce you to exercises, postures and flows that will provide a full body workout with emphasis on movement patterns that increase balance and posture. We'll draw from several different disciplines such as Tai Chi and yoga, along with traditional calisthenics and stretching. No matter your age and fitness level, you'll be sure to leave feeling invigorated, and the benefits to your balance and posture will compliment almost any other activities you perform.
