By far our most popular class. Join Kearin Armstrong aka - Wellington Bakehouse and Lucy Mutch from Wellington Sourdough Project for this gluten packed class.

You will learn how to make a 3 day fermented sourdough loaf, finger licking good jam doughnuts, and the perfect dinner rolls.

Class duration - 3.5 hours. Nibbles provided.

Take home - sourdough loaf, bag of jam doughnuts, bag of dinner rolls, sourdough starter, sourdough dough to take home and bake the following day.
