\\\\ SAVE THE DATE! ////
We are dreaming of summer times! We can't wait for DAGFEST to be popping back up in Dagenham Village on Saturday 7th July 2018!

The steering group of local residents and Cultural Connectors have been working very hard to bring you a fantastic experience for this summers festival! We may be smaller (we waved goodbye to the green on Siviter Way) BUT brilliantly brought together!

So expect a full day of family fun with outdoor theatre, dance, local makers and crafters, unique film screenings, plenty of stall holders with creative activities for everyone to get involved with!

==================================================
PST: There is still time to join the steering group! Email hello@creativebarkinganddagenham.org for details or join us on Tuesday 3rd April at 10am at Dagenham Parish Church Hall (the small one to the right of the church!)

*PLUS* - YOU can help create one of the AMAZING shows and performance for the day! Workshop on Wednesday 11th April.
======== A theatre workshop with Tangled Feet ========
This is an informal, fun and interactive theatre workshop with Award Winning theatre ensemble Tangled Feet (http://www.tangledfeet.com/) as they create their new outdoor theatre show.
The evening session will be chance to work alongside Tangled Feet’s directors and performers and be an introduction to how they make their shows. The workshop will include games, theatre exercises, improvisations (physical and text based) and discussion.

Part of the evening will be focused on the creation to their new show which uses the metaphor of two cars (and their occupants) arguing over a parking space to discuss aggression and opposition in public space.

*No theatre experience required! Just come along with an interest in theatre and enthusiastic attitude!
