This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience including beginners with little or no prior knowledge of yoga.
Postnatal Yoga Workshop - 3 hours of guided relaxation, gentle asana practice for relaxation and rejuvenation, with a focus on the postnatal body, mind and spirit.
This workshop includes:
- Enjoy the opportunity to relax on a cellular level, receiving the gift of time for yourself. Workshops offer more time to enable you to receive the benefits of relaxation practices.
- The yoga practice shared in the workshops will be tailored to the students present.
- A focus on essential areas of the postnatal physical body including the star of the show, the pelvic floor.
- Tips for how to integrate yoga into the daily life, to help heal and strengthen the postnatal body, and find space for calming breathing practices.
