Starting Tuesday, April 3rd. This 4-week boot camp meets every Tuesday and Thursday for the month of April from 7-8pm. This program is a unique, high-intensity workout for all fitness levels that incorporates resistance, balance, agility, flexibility, and cardio to improve your overall fitness.
