The event will take place in and around the enchanted Edible Forest Garden at Cross Island Farms. The garden is a one-acre landscaped venue including ponds, a bridge, limestone patios, and an abundance of perennial fruit, nut and berry trees, bushes, and ground covers.
The public will be invited to observe the artists at work outdoors between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. with an optional donation to the Capital Campaign at the entrance.
From 4 to 7, a wine and cheese reception featuring Bechaz Cheese and the Cape Winery, with live music by the 5-piece combo “Rajah,” will be held for the public under a large tent in the garden with a minimum entrance donation of $5 per person. Artists’ works will be displayed and offered for sale during the reception.
All proceeds will go to supporting the Friends of the Nature Center Capital Campaign.
