Every year on Memorial Day, Americans honor those who have fallen serving and protecting the United States of America.
At Flatlander Fitness, we have a tradition of supporting our troops by completing the workout “Murph” on Memorial Day. And after the various heats of workouts, we have a gym family BBQ!
Murph WOD is:
FOR TIME - 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, 1 mile run
Everyone can participate. Find a partner and share the work, scale it or tackle it alone. Start with a run then complete 20 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups & 15 air squats then finish with a run.
