We are wrapping up this lifting cycle and are going to have a Max Night to test your progress from the past few months. Looking forward to a full night of PRs!

We will be maxing the Crossfit Total: Back Squat, Shoulder Press, and Deadlift. The setup will be similar to a power lifting meet except you will get 2 attempts at each movement. We will have the side room set up for warm-ups and the main room will have stations with a spotter and a judge at each station.

To be eligible to have your name and PR on the leaderboard at the box, you must attend Max Night. **exceptions can be made if you max during your regular class time on 4/27 and a coach is verifying each rep**
