We are hosting 2 informative meetings this round! The first is Saturday April 7th at 1pm and the second is Sunday April 8th at 9am!
The Bootcamp is 3-4 workouts per week for 6 weeks lead by the best trainers around! We will walk you through every aspect of the workout for the entire 6 weeks. This program is designed for anyone who is just getting back into exercising or maybe you have never exercised. This is for you!! It is also for those of you who are ready to change it up. If you are someone who has a bit of CrossFit experience or you are just looking for another challenge we would love to talk to you about about the other programs we offer.
We will also provide you with a nutrition plan to help you get the most out of the 6 weeks.
