Great!! you're working on your body!! But.. what about your mind?
It's time for some training for your mind. It's all about balance.
To introduce myself I created a teaser training, to get to know me and my way of working. I am a coach and I work with emotional bodywork. It’s all about getting connected with your body, learning not to believe all the things you think. From head to heart. 90% Of your thoughts you already thought yesterday and most of them are not even true. A waste of time, and a waste of your feelings, because thoughts are creating emotions. Do you recognise thoughts like “I am not good enough”, “not handsome enough”, “not strong”, “too fat” or “too skinny”, “others are better than me, have more muscles than me”? Thoughts that don’t help you in your CrossFit workout.
So if you want to improve your workout, it’s helpful to train the full package. Muscles ànd Mind.

- Insights in your thinking patterns
- Insights about what thoughts create and what kind of influence it has on your workout.
- Emotional bodywork, for example to notice what your boundaries are.
- Breathing training to get connected to your body and emotions.

As a Singer Performer I had to deal with constant pressure, dealing with my nerves.
