Recap of the day Q&A 30MINS
I started lifting and competing in Olympic weightlifting when I was 14. Since the first day I walked into an Olympic weightlifting gym I was hooked on competitive weightlifting and all different forma of strength and conditioning. I first began training people in 2007 when I was still at school. I then had an opportunity to start training my old rugby team in 2008 and local football teams.
My first exposure to Cross fit was in Sept 2010. I began having slightly more involvement with Cross fit as I started to train in Melbourne. After setting up and running a small weightlifting club in conjunction with a very close friend I then moved to Melbourne in 2002.
Now I am happy to say I work at one of the largest and best Crossfit gyms in Australia.
After becoming more involved in Cross fit at Schwartz's Cross fit Melbourne, I began to understand so much more about strength and conditioning. Most of all I am now in a position where I can help people to achieve their goals and learn new things along the way from the other amazing coaches at the gym.
