Learn How to Improve your Olympic Lifting at CFBG
Let’s face it…you probably really struggle with technique when it comes to olympic lifting. We’ve seen your videos on Facebook or Instagram. You know the ones we’re talking about, those quick videos that start out with this:
“I know I need to work on my technique….”
So why aren’t you working on it? Don’t feed us a bunch of excuses either, we’re not in the business of excuses.
Over 5 weeks, starting April 16th, CrossFit Bowling Green will be offering a 2 day a week olympic lifting technique class. Every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30PM join us on real lifting platforms with actual weightlifting coaches. The kind of coaches that have competed and trained for the sport of olympic lifting. Let us teach you the skills and technique that will improve your performance in class or in competition.
Maybe you’re looking to learn more about olympic lifting? This 5 week class will be the perfect introduction for beginners. Feel free to invite your friends that may be interested in learning more!
Here’s the details:
-Sessions will run every Monday and Wednesday starting April 16th and ending May 16th
-Each session will start promptly at 5:30PM and end at 6:15PM
-Each day we will focus on different areas you can improve on. -All class work will involve empty barbells along with supervised instruction.
-Cost? This class is free to all current members at CrossFit Bowling Green, Non-members will be charged $100.
