CrossFit for Beginners is a 2 week course taught by our 4 Certified Trainers and is designed to introduce you to what we do at CrossFit Chanute. We will start with the basics and work towards YOUR health and fitness goals! We will begin with 3 nights of skill work, nutritional guidance, and goal setting on April 9, 10, 11 from 6:30-7:30pm. After the 3 nights and for the remainder of your 2 weeks you will participate in any of our daily classes at the level you choose. From there you will decide if you would like to continue with us, and can choose from a variety of monthly membership options. Cost for this course is $50 due the first night of class April 9th.
