YOGA FOR CROSSFITTIES: Use this dynamic class to improve your focus, flexibility and core strength. We will practice 1/2 of the Ashtanga primary series which is a system that works the whole body with a strong focus on breath and movement. This is a perfect session for all abilities... we stretch, we breathe, we do some push ups and then we feel soooo much better after!!
