Join us for our FREE intro session on Saturday from 8:30 to 10:15 am. We will start our time together with a beginner workout teaching you basic movements that anyone can do! Following our short workout, we will explain the methodology of CrossFit and answer any questions you might have. We are confident you will have a great time and will want to try our popular GearUp program which consists of 3 weeks of fitness including CrossFit, Yoga, and Olympic Lifting for BEGINNERS!
