This seminar breaks down the complexity of the snatch into laymen's terms. We will cover the Burgener warm-up, skill transfer exercises, and spend time mastering how to correctly lift the barbell from each position: high hang, mid-thigh, and floor.
Sage's goal is for beginners to walk away with a great base knowledge of the lifts, and for advanced lifters to walk away having fine-tuned their lifting technique.
