Phil McDougall will be teaching another workshop at HAC; this one is on proper and effective breathing. Easy way to raise your overall athletic potential. Early bird tickets are $39 for members, $69 for non-members; sale ends 4/21 at midnight, at which time ticket prices will increase to $59 for members and $89 for non-members.

- Activating the weightlifting belt you were born with
