To help kick start your CrossFit journey we’re making it as simple as possible. We’re offering a Beginner’s Only Crossfit Program that will help equip you with the skills and confidence to join normal classes and become part of the CrossFit North Queensland community.

On completion of your Beginners Program you can roll straight into our 6 week Lifestyle and Fitness Challenge starting April 14th 2018

Beginner Program Details are:
-Starts April 9th 2018
-3 compulsory sessions + am optional Saturday session.

Monday 9th April
Thursday 12th April 2018
Saturday 14th April 2018 ( Optional)
Monday 16th April 2018

-Small class size to ensure you get lots of attention. And our regular classes max out at 12 so no large intimidating classes

- Cost for the beginners Course is $85 or FREE when you sign up for the 6 week Whole Life Challenge Ultimate or Lite Memberships Kicking of April 14th 2018 .

Lite Fitness Pack (Access to upto 3 sessions per week , CrossFit Functional Fitness and or Aqua@Riverway Sessions & Bonus CrossFit Beginners Course )
$70 Registration * + $37.50 per week direct debit OR $275*pre -paid

5:30am Monday -Friday
9:30am Monday ,
9:30am Wednesday, Friday ( kid friendly sessions)
5:30pm Monday - Friday
7am Saturday

Functional Fitness Fundamentals
Tuesday & Thursday 5:30pm

9am Tuesday , Thursday ,Saturday
